Everything You Need to Know
Your Wedding Flowers, Clearly Explained.
From how realistic our faux flowers look to choosing a collection, booking your date, delivery and returns, here are the questions couples most often ask before hiring their wedding flowers.
About the Flowers.
What does Hire & Admire Blooms offer?
We provide premium faux wedding flowers to hire across the UK and Ireland. Our coordinated collections include bouquets, buttonholes, ceremony flowers and venue styling pieces. They arrive before your wedding and are returned afterwards.
How realistic do the flowers look?
Our flowers are selected for their natural texture, colour, softness and movement. They are designed to look elegant when held, styled and photographed, and many couples tell us their guests did not realise they were faux.
Can I see the flowers before I book?
Yes. Our £9.99 Preview Pack lets you choose two available preview flowers and compare their colour, quality and realism at home. Tracked delivery and a prepaid return label are included.
Can I mix different collections?
Yes. You can combine individual pieces from different collections if that creates the right look for your wedding.
Booking & Payment.
How do I check availability for my wedding date?
Availability is checked automatically at checkout. Add your flowers to the basket, enter your wedding date and the website will confirm whether they are available.
When should I order?
Book once you find a collection you love, especially for popular summer dates. Online bookings normally close 21 days before the wedding.

Do I have to pay in full?
No. Pay in full or secure the order with a 50% deposit. Klarna is also available on qualifying orders of £300 or more.
Can I reserve my date before choosing everything?
Yes. Reserve My Date lets you secure your collection while deciding what you need. The £49 payment is credited towards your full flower order.
Can I add to my order later?
Yes. Add more flowers through your online account using Add to My Order. Additions are subject to availability and should be completed at least 21 days before the wedding.
Delivery & Returns.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the UK and Ireland. Delivery and returns are free on wedding flower orders over £200; a charge is applied at checkout below this amount.
When will my flowers arrive?
They are normally scheduled to arrive around four days before your wedding, excluding weekends where applicable. Your order information confirms the timing.
Can you deliver directly to my venue?
Yes, if the venue has agreed to accept and safely store the boxes. Make sure the venue knows when to expect them.
How do I return the flowers?
Repack them in their original boxes, attach the prepaid label and take the parcel to the return point shown in your instructions. Your packing slip clearly shows the date by which it must be dropped off.
What about Sundays and Bank Holidays?
If the scheduled return falls on a Sunday or Bank Holiday, return it on the next working day. Follow your packing slip if it gives different instructions.
Help & Support.
What if something arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help arrange a suitable solution before the wedding.
What if something is damaged during the wedding?
We understand accidents happen. Tell us what was damaged when returning the order and we will explain the next steps under the hire agreement.
Can I purchase flowers rather than hire them?
Selected bridal bouquets and buttonholes are available to purchase and keep. Products marked “to keep” do not need to be returned.
What if I still cannot choose a collection?
Use the Bloom Finder to narrow down your styles, then order a Preview Pack if you would like to compare the flowers in person.
