Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Hire & Admire Blooms, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms below. These terms are here to make the process clear, simple, and reassuring from booking through to return.

Rental Period

Your flowers are hired for 7 days, beginning 4 days before your event and ending 2 days after.

Changes & Cancellations

Cancellations require 90 days’ notice for a deposit refund. Order changes can be requested up to 60 days before your date.

Returns

Please return all hired items with the original packaging on the agreed return date.

Rental Period

All rental items are rented for a period of 7 days. This begins 4 days before your scheduled event date and ends 2 days after your event date.

By hiring from Hire & Admire Blooms, you agree that rented items will be used only for their intended purpose.

  • Items must not be used beyond their intended capacity.
  • Items must not be used in a way they were not designed for.
  • Items must not be used near an open flame.
  • Items must not be handled negligently or carelessly.

Return Delays

No need to worry if your return takes a little longer to reach us in transit. As long as your flowers are dropped off on the agreed return date, you will not be held responsible for postal or courier delays.

Insurance

Insurance is built into the cost of each item to cover reasonable wear and tear or minor accidental damage. This includes issues such as broken flowers, damaged petals, stains, or other natural wear that may happen during normal use.

Insurance does not cover items that are damaged beyond repair or items that are not returned. Customers remain responsible for loss of hired items or serious damage outside normal use.

Return of Property

All hired items must be returned to Hire & Admire Blooms together with the original packaging materials on the agreed return date.

If the return date falls on a Sunday or Bank Holiday, the return should be made on the next working day.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations require a minimum of 90 days’ notice in order for the deposit to be refunded.

Orders cancelled less than 90 days before the rental date will forfeit full payment.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or through your customer account portal.

Changes to an Existing Order

Changes to an order can be requested up to 60 days before the rental date by email.

Change requests submitted within 60 days of the rental date are subject to availability. Exchanges must be of equal or greater value.

Individual item cancellations are not permitted within 60 days of the event date.
